Delivery
1. For delivery to destinations not shown in the drop down list, please email
sales@unicornsands.com and we would be happy to quote the cost and arrange shipment to your destination.
2. The delivery timings are only guidelines and are subject to the efficiency of the Royal Mail services.
3. Deliveries outside of the UK/EU could be subject to import taxes and duties when they reach the country. Payment is the recipient’s responsibility and will be necessary to release the goods from customs. These charges depend from country to county and you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
4. If an item is ‘out of stock’ and you require it as soon as possible, please email sales@unicornsands.com and we would be happy to give you a status update of the product.
5. If you need an order urgently or have any questions with regards to the delivery of your goods, please email sales@unicornsands.com.

Returns
1. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a full refund or exchange on undamaged goods within 14 days of recipient’s receivable.
2. Items must be returned unworn, in the same condition you received them in their original packaging. Refunds will be made to the card details used to purchase the items once, we have received the returned goods. Returns received after the 14-day time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Unicorn Sands. Please allow 14 days for exchanges and refunds.
3. Items are classed as faulty if they are received damaged or if proven to have a manufacturing defect. Any faulty items must be brought to our attention within 14 days of receipt of goods. Items that have been worn and are damaged from wear and tear shall not be considered faulty. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser.
4. If you wish to return an item, please return in the original packaging to the address below. Please also send your returns by recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for items lost without proof of postage. The customer will be responsible for all the costs incurred in returning the item. Please also fill in the ‘returns form’ sent in the original order and send back with your return so that we know who its from. If you do not have a ‘returns form’, please let the team know at Unicorn Sands and we would be happy to email you a copy.
